There will be some Cupping Marks after the treatment. The marks left by cupping are not bruises. The marks are the result of having internal unwanted toxins pulled up to the skin. skin should look normal again within 10 days.
Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but it’s not new. It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C.
Several Olympic athletes, including swimmer Michael Phelps, have appeared in Rio with odd-looking circular marks on their bodies. These marks are the result of "cupping therapy," a traditional Chinese medicinal practice for muscle healing.
